With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, supporting clients from childhood through adulthood, I believe the greatest gift in building a therapeutic relationship is to be your authentic self. I strive to bring this intention into every session, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can feel seen and heard.
I work through an attachment-informed lens and provide trauma-informed, family systems, and neuro-affirming support. I also offer mental health assessments, provisional diagnoses, treatment planning, and suicide assessment and intervention. I am dedicated to supporting historical attachment and trauma injuries and creating a safe environment to build strong therapeutic relationships for both children and adults. Using a feminist perspective, I am passionate about supporting girls and women who have experienced sexualized violence, while continually growing in cultural awareness in both life and practice.
