Brene Brown stated: “When we have the courage to walk into our story and own it, we get to write the ending. And when we don’t our stories of failure, setbacks and hurt — they own us.”
We all have experiences that contribute to our story, sometimes we have stories that are no longer serving us. In my opinion, we can change our narrative and our story’s trajectory. One experience can remain a page rather than taking on the whole book. I believe in creating a space where growth can be fostered, vulnerability can be embraced, change can be created, and connection can be honoured. Each session is as unique as the individual I am sitting across from.I wish to walk alongside my clients as they step away from their old narratives and help create a new one that is better aligned with who they are and who they wish to become.
