I offer a compassionate and grounded approach to counselling, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their concerns. With over ten years of experience in the helping professions, I support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, and major life transitions. I am also an approved provider with the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP), supporting individuals who have experienced crime or trauma in accessing counselling services.

I have a particular focus on working with those affected by substance use, helping them rebuild resilience and reconnect with their sense of self.

Mindfulness is central to both my personal life and professional practice. I integrate mindfulness techniques to help clients develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and presence. Personally, I stay grounded through meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors—hiking and camping with my partner, kids, and animals. Time in nature helps me recharge and bring balance and renewal to my work with clients.
