Hi, I’m Farnoosh, a registered clinical counsellor. I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming. Having navigated my own mental health journey, I deeply value the importance of a safe, non-judgmental space where you can truly be heard. My goal is to provide that space, helping you build self-awareness and move toward a more fulfilling life.

I have experience supporting individuals through substance use, anxiety, trauma, shame, depression, grief, and working with survivors of violence and abuse. I believe in the human capacity for growth and healing, and strive to create a compassionate environment where you can explore patterns and build healthier connections with yourself and others.

My approach is attachment- and trauma-informed, rooted in curiosity and compassion. I aim to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. As an immigrant myself, I recognize the unique challenges of building a life in a new country and integrate both personal and professional insights to support you. I also consider how broader systems affect our mental health and honour the diversity of each person’s experiences.

If you’d like to connect, I offer a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit for the journey ahead.
