I offer virtual counselling for youth and adults experiencing disordered eating, body-image concerns, trauma, and anxiety. These concerns can affect how you relate to your body, emotions, relationships, and sense of safety. My trauma-informed, body-based approach supports you in understanding these patterns without judgment or pressure.
Using Somatic Experiencing, narrative therapy, and response-based practice, we will work with both the emotional and physiological aspects of what you are experiencing. Therapy may include strengthening nervous system regulation, exploring the role that food or eating-related behaviours have come to serve, responding to anxiety, and developing a safer and more compassionate relationship with yourself and your body.
I work collaboratively and at a pace that respects your capacity. The goal is to support greater stability, choice, and connection over time.
