Guiding Philosophy: “What lies behind you and what lies in front of you, pales in comparison to what lies inside of you”. – Ralph Waldo Emerson.
We all face challenges, but we navigate them best when we’re in a healthy relationship with ourselves. Randine helps clients connect with their Core Self and work with different parts of the mind to heal emotional wounds and resolve inner conflicts. She is Level One trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) through the IFS Institute—an evidence-based approach that supports healing, growth, and fulfillment.
With over 20 years of counselling experience, Randine offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space for clients who may feel stuck or overwhelmed. She honors the courage it takes to seek support and is committed to making the counselling process safe, supportive, and empowering—helping clients gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with greater self-awareness.
Randine helps you connect with your inner wisdom and confidence. She helps you not feel alone in your experience. You come away feeling genuinely seen, heard and appreciated & with increased self leadership.
Reach out if you want to reduce the pain and struggle inherent with being human; can appreciate we are all a work in progress; wish to successfully navigate pain & uncertainty and have a desire to work towards meaningful change.
When I’m not in the office, I often spend time with my family. I’m lucky to be a loving devoted mother, bonus mother, wife and grandmother. I’m also a dog mom to a giant golden lab and devious puggle. Some of my favourite things are peppermint mochas; tropical beaches; time in nature, reading and listening to podcasts.
