Are you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and frustrated? Maybe even a little anger, rage and despair? Is life harder than you ever imagined? Does it feel like no one really prepares us for this? You are not alone. Let’s unpack the hard stuff that is weighing you down.
I am not shy to talk about the hard stuff. If you are ready to go there – let’s go!
I bring a warm, down-to-earth approach to my practice with individuals, couples and families. I am consistently moved by the resilience of people and their ability to make positive shifts towards their goals. I also know that relationships are tough, especially with those that mean the most to us!
I have many years experience supporting those with moderate to severe mental health difficulties, substance use and trauma. I love supporting those with neurodiversity and from diverse backgrounds and experiences. I love that each person is unique and their experience of life is unique.
Together we can explore the pains you hold and how to move through those challenges to a brighter tomorrow. Although I tend to swim in the hard stuff, I like to weave in humour because life can be bizarre!
Looking forward to meeting you!
