I have worked in the Mental Health field for 13 years, where I specialized in providing therapy to children and youth. I also spent 4 years working in an adult setting providing one to one therapy.
As a therapist, I believe the greatest gift you can offer others in building a working relationship, is to be your authentic self. My intention is to always practice this in my life, as well as with my clients every time we meet.
I work within a client-centered philosophy and a trauma focus lens. I continually work to grow my cultural awareness in life and in my practice.
