Counsellor

The sun sets, the tide turns, and life shifts—nothing lasts forever.
You are the expert in your own journey. I believe that my role as a therapist is to walk alongside you, especially when patterns, ways of thinking, levels of functioning, or emotions challenge your ability to cope with what life brings your way.

David McCullough Jr. once said, “Climb the mountain not to plant your flag, but to embrace the challenge, enjoy the air, and behold the view. Climb it so you can see the world, not so the world can see you.” My therapeutic approach is centered on building a relationship where we can discover strategies together—to climb your mountain, embrace your challenges, and celebrate your unique view of the world.

I offer an empathetic, validating, and emotionally focused approach to counselling. My practice is grounded in an eclectic framework informed by trauma-sensitive principles. Having spent much of my childhood traveling the world, I bring a culturally responsive lens to my work, welcoming individuals from diverse backgrounds and striving to provide a space that feels like home.

I work with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families, offering a safe and supportive environment to explore deeper truths. I specialize in areas such as work-related stress, grief, PTSD, family systems, older adult mental health, mindfulness, acceptance, and somatic experiences.
