Counsellor
I offer virtual Somatic Experiencing therapy for individuals seeking support with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and eating disorders. My approach is trauma-informed, somatic-based, and rooted in nervous system regulation. Together, we’ll gently explore how your body holds emotion and stress, and build capacity for a more regulated nervous system and connection to your authentic self.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns of burnout, or struggling with self-worth and food-related challenges, this work supports healing at a deep, integrative level. Sessions draw on somatic experiencing, narrative therapy, and response-based practice to meet you with care, curiosity, and collaboration.
Virtual sessions are available in three formats:
- Free 15-minute consult – For new clients to ask questions and see if we’re a good fit.
- 50-minute individual session – For ongoing somatic counselling.
- Virtual only – All sessions are held securely online.
You’re welcome just as you are.
