With over 15 years working in the mental health field supporting littles through adulthood, I believe the greatest gift you can offer others in building a therapeutic relationship, is to be your authentic self. My intention is to always practice this in my life, as well as with my clients, every time we meet.
I work through an attachment lens and provide trauma informed, family systems approach, and neuro affirming support, while I continually work to grow my cultural awareness in life and in my practice. I use a feminist lens and am passionate about supporting girls and women who have experienced sexualized violence.
