The mind and body connection are what I am truly passionate about. Our mind and body are powerful allies and learning how to incorporate these in a fluid way can be an amazing journey. It’s my goal to support children and youth in discovering their connection, allowing them to grow into the wonderful humans they are meant to be.

As a therapist, I believe the greatest gift you can offer others in building a working relationship, is to be your authentic self. My intention is to always practice this in my life, as well as with my clients every time we meet.

Therapeutic Approaches: With over 10 years of working in the field of mental health, I have had the opportunity to be trained in several disciplines. I work within a client-centered philosophy and a trauma focus lens. I continually work to grow my cultural awareness in life and in my practice.
