In working from a strength based, cultural awareness and holistic framework Paneet recognises the need to use a collaborative approach to achieve therapeutic goals for individuals. Paneet believes counselling takes courage and looks forward to exploring personal transformation for a better wellbeing with you.

Therapeutic Approaches: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Trauma-Informed Practice, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Grief and Bereavement Therapy.

Degrees: Bachelor of Social Work – University of Victoria; Master of Social Work – University of British Columbia; Registered with British Columbia College of Social Workers.

Additional Training: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Foundations and Practices course), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Training, Indigenous Cultural Safety, Motivational Interviewing and Victoria Hospice Training.
